Working with NCI on your CD or DVD project involves a very simple 3 step process. We do not offer direct online project set-up, proofing and ordering. Those types of automated systems lack the capacity to spot issues in your submissions that can lead to lower production quality. Instead, we have dedicated professionals ready to work on your project from start to finish to insure it is produced to the highest quality standards. This allows your project to be produced to a higher standard while not increasing costs or production time.

The process is as follows:

Step 1: Determine your costs using our online calculator. This tool covers the vast majority of projects we handle, however if you need something not listed in the calculator or if you would rather just talk to a person please give us a call at the number listed in the footer of this page.

Step 2: Send us your content. Artwork can be e:mailed to info@ncimedia.com for review, our professional staff will review your artwork and make sure it is properly set-up for the type of printing specified. If any changes are necessary we will apply them or request the changes from you prior to making proofs. Once the artwork is properly set-up we will produce proofs for your review. If artwork creation is beyond your capabilities we offer artwork design and set-up services. In most cases this service is FREE of charge however, some charges may apply for particularly large/complex projects. Please contact us for details on this service.

Data for discs can be provided on master discs or by FTP. Please see notes for Data and Artwork submission on our submissions guidelines page.

Step 3: Once the proofs are approved we will provide a private online store page to complete the order. Alternatively, billing information can be provided over the phone by calling toll free 1-800-932-8273 9:00am - 5pm EST M-F.

Once all three steps are completed, production begins and you can expect your project to ship within the scheduled time frame.
