Whether you need custom printed blank CDs or finished discs that are printed, duplicated and packaged we offer the highest quality printing available on the market today. NCI offers the unique ability to produce all of our discs in-house using direct to disc UV cured printing inks with no minimums. We don't use adhesive labels, thermal or water based ink-jet printers which all produce discs that are lower in quality and have a low volume look and feel. So, whether you need 1 or 10,000 discs in black on silver, full color on white or up to 5 spot colors you will recieve discs with the look, feel and quality of those purchase at any major retail outlet.

We offer the following two direct to disc UV cured printing options to cover any production run from 1 to 10,000+ copies.

• Digital Screen CD Printing - The ideal choice for any run length starting at just 1 disc - where black/white, black/silver or full color process printing is required. As a direct digital printer it also offers the capability to produce serialized CDs or CDs with variable data printing. With higher resolution then traditional silk screen printing and turn times of 24 hours or less on most jobs, digital CD screen printing is the latest technology which is sure to impress.
• Silk Screen CD Printing - When longer run lengths, spot colors, or the look and feel of a true screen printed disc are required then traditional CD screen printing is the way go. We offer up to 6 color screen printing (5 registered colors + flood base) with complete in house production from screen stretching to pre-press, custom ink mixing and disc printing.
